I am Daphne Ho. The reason I sell my art on Ebay: I am a stay-at-home mom with 4 kids. I need a way to make a living and at the same time be there for my kids. Selling my artwork on Ebay is the answer. I want to thank you for visiting my auctions, your support will make a big difference in my children's future as well as launch my career as a professional artist. A brief background: Ever since I was old enough to hold a crayon in my hand, I have always loved to do art. I am a self-taught artist ( never had a fine arts education), simply guided by my passion and desire to capture the beauty I see around me on canvas. Sadly, I was brought up in a family where my art creations were never appreciated or valued. I was strongly encouraged by my parents to choose science and math instead. It has taken me a while, but I finally realize that if I really want to be happy and be true to myself, I have to release my inner child and fully embrace my passion to do art! I love to create Abstract and folk art in vivid colors, so my Ebay auction offerings will mainly be Abstract and folk art paintings
